I originally bought this as a cheap mobile option for my Nintendo Switch and found that it actually charges my Macbook Pro 13 2016. I also haven't tested whether it works as fast as the original Apple charger, but since it works at all when the laptop is running at full brightness while playing HD videos (which makes the fans noticeably audible), it does its EXCELLENT performance . Value. For $15, you basically get a charger that works portably with the Switch and a USB-C laptop. This is part of the $30 Original Nintendo Charger and the $70 Apple Cord + Wall Charger. So it should charge pretty much anything, which requires USB-C and is 13 inches tall. Laptop or smaller, making it ideal as a second or backup charger for USB-C devices. I'll likely buy more of these as the number of USB-C devices I use increases.
