This is for the Waterpik electric toothbrush. It probably doesn't match any other electric toothbrush as the heads on it were a bit odd. The brushes themselves are good. This takes about six months (assuming you change heads every two months). It comes in a plastic case with all three heads. I wish they were all sealed separately, but they aren't. So I had to keep them in a plastic container when not in use and it's a little bulky. I only gave four stars because there were three of them and they weren't hygienically sealed. That's a bit more than some of the others here, as you can find some of the brushes here for a lot less with more heads. Unfortunately it doesn't fix them. So if you have a Waterpik toothbrush you don't have as many options as this one, but at least it's as good as the originals.
