Love this! I ordered according to the responses I read, not by measurement and ended up purchasing an XL for someone who is 5'9 and 185 lbs. I am already on the tightest cinch but it isn't too tight which is good for circulation. And it really holds in the sweat! The size is perfect, it covers my entire torso and doesn't ride up over the love handles. The boning keeps it in place, as well as the tightening strap.
