I ordered this set of two loaf pans for my elderly mother who needed to bake a double batch of zucchini bread. She had a very old metal pot, the bottom of which was burning. My mother used these pans the day after receiving them. A pan was completely broken in the oven. I contacted the seller who was quick to apologize and offer a refund or replacement. I opted for a replacement which was shipped overnight. She was very happy to get a replacement so quickly. She burned the new one in with no problems. Excellent customer service! Many Thanks
