After using the original Galaxy Watch, I decided to upgrade. While wearables have a wider variety of uses, neither Whatsapp nor Telegram have essential companions (while I've heard there's a Viber out there, I haven't tested it). The watch is initially less useful than Taizen's since it lacks some helpful widgets (tiles for wearos), such as a monthly calendar sheet. If you're using a Wear OS device and were hoping to sync your Samsung calendar with it, you'll need to go out and blindly download a different calendar widget. On the original model, the clock would not accept a charge, and after 10 seconds, the message "charging stalled" would appear. At least they could all agree that the power came from a Samsung external battery (using a wireless platform). The watch will not stay on the charging pad in the bag since the magnet is so feeble. 20mm buckled strap closure (collect again as all large watches use 22mm). The original Galaxy strap is nothing like that; it's not as harsh as the strap on certain mi bands, but the material is smoother and more elastic. In addition, the horns at the attachment point of the original strap make it so it can't be twisted to suit a hand without a tubercle. It's annoying to have to go via Google's Play Market just to install an app. It is important to remember to change the device to the watch after selecting wearos, since else the phone version will be used. When I click "install," the message stating the software will be installed later appears. It is unclear at this time if the application is downloading or waiting for permission from the CIA/FSB. Changed the rounded buttons to square ones: 1. The circular application menu looked better and fit more neatly under the screen's bezel. The new one feels better on my finger. Why there wasn't room for customizing the main menu was puzzling for a watch with gigabytes of RAM and ROM, a massive operating system, a multi-core processor, and a slew of Google services. The original circular form is easier to hit with a finger, and entering a PIN would allow the 3x4 grid to be expanded. Having to click OK after each numerical entry is no longer optional. Previous iterations are not to be altered.
