Review on KatKabin DezRez Standard Chocolate Brown by Amy Cummings

Ordered for my cat Madison. This is a house cat that goes outside in a harness and when fall and winter come she gets so depressed that I thought it would allow her to go outside for a short time. The first one breaks. I assumed it was a shipping issue because there was a lot of space in the box and it looked like someone had put something heavy on it. CSN was very helpful, they have great customer service! They sent me a second one, it arrived in perfect condition, I put it outside, my 7.8lb cat started exploring and stood on it with two front paws on it's back legs. It made a loud crack and broke in the same spot where the first one had cracked. Because there is no inner wall, the crack is exposed and sharp enough to cut through. Not to mention that now she associates it with loud noise and does not approach it. From what has been said if they fixed this issue I would try again!
