The Fastras shower arrived well packaged, quickly and complete. It even included teflon tape for plumbers to insure against leaks. The hose is very flexible and not very stiff like many similar shower hoses. The set includes 2 sponges and 2 hanging hooks plus everything you need to connect to your existing shower. Just unscrew your old shower head (even if it's not hand-held) and attach this device directly. Can be hand held or left in the clip for a fixed position. There are ionic balls inside the handle to filter the water and there are sensors inside the shower head that show the water temperature range. In general very satisfied. Worth the price for the shower head alone.
