I have been using Belkin products for about 20 years. This NIC stopped working after 11 months and the support from Belkin has been fantastic. Even after I bought a replacement from Anker, which worked great, Belkin tech support didn't think their adapter was defective! First they questioned my new MacBook Pro and then they thought it was my network. I was amazed that they didn't seem to want to follow the logic that if I remove their faulty device, replace it with a new product and the problem is fixed, it could just be because their adapter is out of order! I had to contact second level tech support and go through the second carousel with them. I ended up exhausting them with logic understandable for a schoolboy! I will avoid Belkin in the future. It's sad because they used to be a great company.
