The material is soft and light, with a loose fit and a light stretch. Comfortable, it slips a little on the eyes if you want to wear it directly on the forehead. My only complaint is that I haven't seen it come in a 2 pack of the same color (same product and color to be used as a hat and scarf set). Bought for the gym.
