Review on Optimized Paw Patrol 2nd Birthday Shirt featuring Rubble's Digging Adventure by Edward Perez

I bought this for my son's second birthday and the reviews said it's a small dress so it fits me as my son is small but me can definitely say it's not 2T. I'm giving it a 3 because it works for what I need, but I don't know why every time I order a shirt from Revain it smells absolutely horrible like real trash. The debris is printed more orange than its true color and the material is very thin for $17. Honestly go to Walmart, the clothes don't stink, they are thick cotton and true to size for literally 1/3 the price, around $5-$7.
