Safe to use only with a free-standing bathtub

I live in an apartment where one side of the bathtub is installed on the wall to save space. Most people I know who live in apartments or houses with small bathrooms have one. Judging by the picture I thought this tray would be suitable for my bathroom but I was wrong. The design of this product allows it to be used only for use (assuming you're using a trolley to hold something you really don't want to drop in the water) when you have a freestanding tub that both hands on this Carts can hang completely from either side of the tub. Even if the side facing the wall has a sufficiently large projection, I still do not recommend using this bath trolley. The material - wood - while not of the highest quality, is still quite strong and more than strong enough to hold the guys. Things someone would probably want to use while taking a bath. There are cut out compartments for drinks and various small items you might have on hand. The sides slide out so it can be adjusted to fit different tub sizes. Unfortunately, two things are missing that would allow this cart to work in a bathtub positioned like mine. The first option is to attach the handle to the right of the cart on the side of the tub, rather than just hanging loosely from the edge. You also need the ability to lock both adjustable arms in place once they are extended as far as you want. The reason I wouldn't recommend using it on a wall mounted tub, even if the rim of that tub is wide, is that no matter how secure the caddy appears to be, the fact is the levers don't lock and always being able to retract when the caddy wobbles makes it just too easy for everything to end up in the water. It seems this is probably a good enough Caddy. if you had a proper bathtub, but more creative design would make it useful for more people.

Pros
  • Also understandable for older people
Cons
  • Some little things
