I'm a snob when it comes to music, so quality sound is very important to me. I bought the same set twice from another brand because I lost one and because they were perfect I was afraid to expand to try another brand. Boy am I glad I did! These pink cuties will replace my current headphones! I tried them right out of the box. It was very easy and paired to my Note 20 like normal headphones. Once I found the right fit, I wore them almost all day. So. Unpacked, no charger. I haven't had to charge them YET! I had 3 conference calls and several in person calls. No one had trouble hearing me clearly and there was no background noise. I took her for a walk and my mother didn't even hear the cars go by. That's a big deal. But the real challenge for me was the music. I'm someone who ALWAYS has headphones on, especially when I'm shopping. It helps me to tune into the world a little bit. I value clear, full stereo sound with exceptional bass, and it delivers! My test song is "Hard To Choose One" by Future and they gave me great sound and bass. That was my deciding factor in wearing them all day. Buy them, you will be impressed by the price and even more by the performance!
