Looks good but loses motion detection every now and then

One of the remotes works fine but the second randomly stops motion detection mid-game and doesn't track any movement. This is very frustrating. We weren't sure if we needed to send both in for a replacement as this issue seems to have only happened with one remote. The other remote works fine and we had no problems with it.
