It arrived with the flower broken off. Not a big deal. I'll glue it on to the safety pin. It's prettier than I thought for the price. My daughter is between 3t and 4t clothing and I went with the 3t. I could have sized up as it fits her just right right now with no real room to grow. The sequins are very pretty and any little girl would love it. The tulle is a little wrinkled but I'll steam it and it'll be fine. Better than expecyfor the price.
