The shelves are less than 5 inches deep, making them unsuitable for most items they are intended for.
Just arrived. Done OK BUT 5 inches outside the wire! The actual depth of the shelves is LESS than 5 inches, rendering almost EVERYTHING I was hoping for unusable. I measured my boxes for what I wanted and they came out exactly 5 inches and they matched my other 5 inches. deep shelves. Another similar system works because the depth is a fraction of an inch more, which makes a difference. Right now I'm trying to decide if there's a way to make this usable. I was planning to mount it on the wall so I can't talk to the hanging door and I haven't tried putting it on the wall yet as I'm not sure I'll keep it.
