Being a new cyclist, I was thrilled to discover SEATYLOCK's online shop and their extensive selection of gear for riders of all experience levels. My experience, however, was by no means positive. I placed an order for a handlebar backpack and a seat lock, but after weeks of waiting, I only got the lock. Customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful when I contacted them. The lock itself also felt flimsy and did not suit my bike well. Overall, I was dissatisfied with the company's product quality and poor customer support. I wouldn't advise other riders to use SEATYLOCK.
