I have a lot of damaged glasses. Twice I wrote to my seller and at the same time he sends a message that Revain will also receive a copy of the correspondence). I haven't heard a reply from any of them. The damaged jars had missing lid chips, broken glass and spice residue/stains in the bottles as if they had been used before (although I had ordered new jars). The broken glass and damage was in the bottle, not in transit as far as I can tell. Design flaws in some? Hard to say. The other jars were fine and I used them in my spice cabinet. They're beautiful, sturdy, and add welcome organization to my kitchen. I love the pop of color in each bottle. Appears to be locked tight. No spice smells are gone. You have to be careful how you close them to make sure the clasp closes. It's a bit flimsy and I'm afraid the clasp might break after prolonged use. This only becomes known when the glasses are used a lot. I'm just very disappointed that I wrote to the seller twice and they never replied. I will write more later when I get a response from the seller regarding the damaged bottles I received.
