I had to travel to Canada for a few appointments and this GPS takes my worries away. You don't have to pay for extra data to get directions on your phone; This GPS is there for you. Before purchasing this model, I had an older Garmin GPS. Note that older versions will ask you if you want to disable charges in the options menu, which should be avoided. This model will prompt you after you enter the address. It will say "This road has a toll, you want to continue or find an alternative route" or something similar. Function YES.
