Review on Bushnell Tour Pinseeker Laser Rangefinder by John Koch

The first rangefinder I received showed a red spot in the field of view after about 3 uses. Maybe it was a drop of oil. Not sure what caused the problem. I called Bushnell customer service and they had no idea what could be causing this. If I wanted to pay $10 I could send it to them. Instead I spoke to Revain support and they were great (at least that's what I thought at first). They sent me another range finder with instructions on how to return the defective one, all at no extra charge. The only problem is that the second one that was sent to me was factory refurbished. While this one works well and I really like the rangefinder, I was disappointed that I got a factory overhaul as I originally paid for a brand new rangefinder. Not sure if it's worth getting upset about as the refurbished one works fine. It will be interesting to see if Revain responds to this review. One of the positives is that Revain makes it really easy to return a defective product. There is a system where you (online) enter a phone number to call you, it works really well. My only complaint is that they didn't tell me they would replace my faulty rangefinder with a refurbished one. So I should only give it four stars instead of five. I am happy to comment on my complaint.
