I used to use whitening strips before, but I forgot to buy regular ones in time and there wasn't enough time, so I bought these. I used them once. 30 minutes after I took them off I had pain in my front teeth - I believe the metal on the filling. I had no idea what it was as I hadn't eaten or drunk anything. It came in waves and lasted several hours. A week later I used the strips again, followed the directions and the pain returned. I've never had a sensitivity to whitening strips, and certainly nothing like it. They whitened fairly well, but not worth the pain in my opinion. Suffice it to say I won't be using them again.
