Delicate little cleaning knife
Bought this knife to replace my single blade knife. I didn't quite understand that you need to hold the lid on the other two sides when using the knife on one side, the security is good. It's comfortable to hold and use, and it was easy to peel my regular veggies and fruits. With good care it seems to last longer. Don't forget to cut out coupons if they are on the product. The julienne function works well with soft vegetables such as courgettes.
