The TERRIBLE smell on this bag tells me it came from China and was sprayed with a petroleum based pesticide somewhere along the way. I aired it out and sprayed Febreze on it daily. I doubt I'll be able to use it for at least a month, but more like two. This has happened to me before with goods from China, but this is the worst I have ever experienced. (The recently purchased Zulily black vinyl bag comes second, having previously been the worst.) The bag is otherwise very nice and looks serviceable. I would also like to take a small bag with me but am afraid it will stink just as much. maybe i'll take it after the smell finally subsided from the very large bag? Interesting note:
