In use for about a week. I don't usually need a crossbody bag, so I just cut a hole in the strap to shorten it and use it as a crossbody bag. I stowed the extra strap in my bag so it would be available if I wanted to lengthen it. The only disappointment I had was that the logo shown in the picture was changed from a small tag to a two inch wide embroidered brand name in dark brown with a green leaf logo that cannot be removed without damaging the fabric. I only wear it with the logo side pressed against my body, but I'd prefer a bag like the one in the photo.
