best professional quality tool
I'm a mechanic and this is by far the simplest brake flaring tool better quality, it's directly better. I've tried many other tools in the past, including rigging. Sur&r is the only tool I know of if it can make PVC coated high carbon steel tubing that just slows down all other tools.
