Good for the price.

These are good chargers for the price. They do what they're supposed to do, but the cables are very short so you can't keep playing the DS while it's plugged in unless you're sitting on the floor next to an outlet. As soon as the N3DSXL batteries run out, that's a problem for me. I recommend spending the extra money on a Nintendo-branded charger for extra cord length if you never try to game while your system is charging.
