comes with instructions in Chinese nothing else it doesn't work like a Fitbit for example if you set it up for your steps you really need to turn the timer on and it only records steps while the timer is running when you turn off the timer, it will stop in the same way as with the sleep cycle. If you're expecting this to work like a Fitbit don't buy it, I keep downloading the BT app to an external device but nowhere does it tell me what it is, how to get it or what the external device is . Nothing is recognized in Bluetooth mode. Obviously I didn't set it up and don't know how, I'll return it as unusable.
