I take the taste of vanilla - the most delicious (I have a persistent allergy to chocolate, cookies, etc.). The banana flavor is not bad either. Some cons: The price is growing by leaps and bounds and very significantly. The only good news is that I have such dosages that one can is enough for about 10-11 months. And I usually keep within the expiration date - that's why sometimes I take a promotion and at a discount. True, in recent years there have been practically no discounts and promotions.
