I am 5 months pregnant and it has been very helpful

The maternity pillow definitely helps to keep me on the bed and not fall. It supports me between my legs but I would recommend a different pillow as it's not as long. It is very easy to wash as you can simply remove the fabric cover from the pillow itself.
