I am currently working as an offshore developer for skills2talent. The main benefit of this platform is that it helps me to find my desired skill set easily. It's also very easy to search for your preferred job category. Even though there are many categories available, but still it's not so much. There should be more categories added which can help to search jobs easier. Also, if you want to apply for a particular job then there should be an option to upload CV or resume. This will help them to shortlist you for further process. It has helped me to find my desired skill set easily.

- Applicants get registered instantly once they fill their profile details.
- Job seekers like us gets notified when any relevant opportunity arises in our career graph automatically without wasting time manually searching through pages with no leads at all!
- Allows user ratings & reviews feature where one could add feedbacks about his performance while using services provided by SSTeams ! :).It really motivates him/her even after doing good
