So I just got my chair and I can't wait to put it together. I usually have trouble with map instructions, but the instructions I received were straight forward and took me about 15-20 minutes to put together on my own. I accidentally used a medium length bolt for the frame I needed for the seat. After figuring that out, I made changes, but note that you should pay attention to screw sizes when placing all gear. Rookie mistake on my part, not the company :). So in the 20 minutes that I'm sitting in this chair, I like it. I had to adjust the frame to a medium setting so I wasn't too far forward and that was a lot more comfortable for me. I also like the height adjustment. I'll try to update you in a few weeks if anything has changed, but for now I'm loving this chair! Update: I COMPLETELY LOVE THIS CHAIR! I've been using it for over a week, maybe two, and my back pain is almost GONE! Not to say it's a miracle cure, but for my back pain it's really been AMAZING. I have trouble sitting for long periods due to a spinal disc and this helps reduce the load on my tailbone (most of the time I work in front of a computer in the office) and now I can run and play with my 3.5 year old. again and I started exercising again. THE BEST MONEY I WILL EVER SPEND. I'm about to buy another one for my office work!
