Good luck trying to get the snap-on plastic piece apart. I could not do it.

The labels come with a plastic snap-on label holder. No matter what I tried, I could not get the useless POS to come apart so I could load a roll of labels into the printer. What an ill-designed piece of junk. Use Dymo instead, their products are simple to use and change labels. BOO!
