The hob works great. It's only used on hikes, maybe two days off a month. The only problem I have is the windshield. The instructions say it needs to be fixed with screws but no screws were provided and there is no way to fix it even if screws were provided other than on the surface that the hob sits on. wasn't a big problem. Most of the time I don't need it at all. Otherwise, the burners work well, but the flame control isn't great. It has built in igniters so no matchbox is needed. In general I like it. He does what he has to do. I've read some reviews saying it's cheap, but it's not a $200 cooktop. I think the quality is great for the price. I mounted it to one side of a 4 foot folding table and plugged it into an outlet on the side of my five wheeler RV. Now I can grill on my grill and use this hob to heat things that are not so easy to grill.
