Great ladder rack at a good price.

I was surprised at how well made and easy to assemble this ladder rack is. I was able to easily do it myself in under an hour. I had to provide my own tools (a hex wrench for the frame itself and a couple of wrenches to attach to the bed). My "tip" is to mark the center of the insert rod with tape or something to keep everything straight, but even that isn't necessary. After assembly, I attached some J-shaped kayak hooks to the rack. While you can screw it to the bed, I used bed clips for easy removal.
