We will do it!

As someone who does not sew at all, I was able to use this sewing machine without any problems. It is also beginner-friendly thanks to the large number of sewing modes available. Other sewing machines at a comparable price do not have these different sewing modes. I use it to sew Duck Canvas, which is relatively thick compared to normal fabric. Being a beginner, I may mishandle this sewing machine one way or another! However, it still works and I can sew heavy fabrics with relative ease. Things I'm not sure about: I'm not sure how the pedal is supposed to behave since I'm new. The pedal jack is basically a 3.5mm jack and the pedal itself acts like a physical switch. So that, If you're a beginner and want to go slow, you need to lean on it like you're holding a no-throttle carburetor. I expected it to be a speed controller or at least a potentiometer that would control the voltage across the motor. However, this is just my observation and may be normal. Problems, probably due to user error: I'm not sure how long you can backstitch (I've never used sewing machines) but after backstitching, probably 1-2 feet (probably too much), I had some problems and am End broke the needle. Luckily they supply about 5 needles so I changed them and moved on. Sometimes the backstitch works and sometimes the straight stitch works, I think I misaligned the needle bar shank a bit,
