The dock acts as a power source and connects USB devices, but doesn't recognize my monitors. I have a Carbon X1 Gen 6 which is on the compatible laptops list. I updated the drivers and firmware but that didn't fix the problem. When I connect an HDMI or DP cable to the dock, the laptop screen keeps turning on and off until I unplug the cable. I tried using the Intel Graphics Control Panel and tried the Windows display settings. I tried different HDMI cables and DP cables. I tried 4 different monitors. I tried to use it in Ubuntu. I tried both connections. I tried 2 different Lenovo laptops. Nothing forces the screens to connect.
