I like that it automatically updates when new processes are added to your system as well - no need of manual maintenance! It's not perfect however we have found some bugs with our version but they've been resolved quickly by their support team who work very hard at keeping this software up t date so you don't get left behind in terms if features or capabilities!! We're using Capterra because its good quality product which has helped us find other businesses looking into similar products/services too.- Ability totrack sales leads from all over Europe via email marketing campaigns.
