My old car charger had 2.4 speeds from a cheap shop called Five Below. Until recently, I had never considered the speed of car chargers. When I saw this one for less than $10 and the speed almost doubled, I knew I had to order it. When my phone runs out of power and then I get in or out of the car it often just stays on the low battery indicator but this thing charges more in a short amount of time so when I'm in the shop I'm glad that I can still listen to music and not risk draining the battery.
