I was a little concerned that the lens is plastic and the mounting clips are also very strong, mouse traps like feathers. After installing side by side illuminated for ITC with glass lens they look the same. I have 69 ITC bulbs that will eventually fail due to a technical defect. I don't expect ITC to replace as I am the 3rd owner of this high end motorhome and it is 5 years old. Although they (ITC) say they are good for 50,000 hours, 5 years is only 31,000 hours of continuous use 24/7/365 days. I've since bought more of these to keep on hand.
