I originally purchased such a watch for tracking runs and training in the gym, but I appreciated their functionality - now I use it almost without taking it off. Specifically for training, this is an ideal option for smartwatches. The pulse data is recorded accurately, the level of oxygen in the body is monitored. Without problems, they exchange data with a smartphone, synchronization is approx. On the wrist, the watch sits perfectly, does not press at all, I feel comfortable with them. Definitely recommend to buy.
