Short set is cute but could be better. The shorts only have compression at the top, so the lower half of your stomach (below your belly button) just dangles, and it's not very flattering to have compression around your waist. Shorts do not protect against squats. The bra does not flatter busty women. Because of the way it was designed, it squeezed my breasts like pancakes, but also has a very low neckline so my nipples could pop out at any moment.
