Easy integration with other applications, good support for different languages (English or Spanish), very functional tool that allows me as an user of this product I can do my analysis without problems even if it is not so easy like some others softwares such us SAS etc..

It has been difficult at time because there are no more updates but we have seen improvements since then thanks again! For example now i am using another software called Oracle Data Miner which works better than before when doing ETL processes into databases instead of CSV files where all information was lost during processings by Excel programs.
