Set received in the post First impression, nice packaging, all the details have been taken into account. The instructions that come with it seem pretty simple. This will be my first experience with kombucha but I usually brew homebrew so hopefully not much more difficult. I have heard that this material is said to be good for your "gut". Well that's good news because I have quite a bulging stomach. Any other health benefits I have yet to explore, but hopes are high at this point. I will post an update to this review once the product has been assembled, consumed and any discernible differences documented. Update #1: Follow the instructions that come with it, very simple and easy to understand. Batch is currently in a shady corner of the kitchen. More updates will follow.
