Don't worry. Save yourself the frustration and just get the original factory filters. I told myself it would be about the same and worth saving some money, I was wrong. You see both filters incorrectly. They seem to let a lot more particulate matter through. It certainly can't be good for the engine. Their plastic is thin and brittle. After a wash, they almost deteriorate. Dyson filters are more expensive, but I've been washing original filters according to instructions for about four years. Well, sometimes you win, sometimes you don't.
