Review on ZUEXT by Jeff Johnson

My most recent attempt at shopping with the ZUEXT online store was nothing short of a complete and utter disappointment. It is difficult to locate what you are looking for on the website because of the terrible design, despite the fact that they have a broad variety of things available. The search function does not work well, and the product descriptions are ambiguous and do not provide any useful information. In addition, both the shipping and the customer service offered by ZUEXT leave a lot to be desired. There is no choice for expedited shipping, and the shipping periods are somewhat extensive. When I contacted customer support with a question regarding my order, I was given a standard response that did not in any way address the issue that I had brought up. When my order did finally arrive, I was disappointed to see that the items were of poor quality and did not even come close to having the "personality" and "elevation" that ZUEXT had stated they would have. The necessary items for the home and kitchen were constructed of cheap, flimsy materials, and both the bedding and the comforters were uncomfortable and itchy. My experience with the ZUEXT online store as a whole was one that was both frustrating and unsatisfying. This is not a store that I would suggest to anyone looking for dependable service and high-quality products.
