The sign isn't attached which wasn't a big problem but the rope is MUCH longer. After doing that I had to try to tie the knot and get it working as I had no idea how it would hang on the wreath hanger. My son had our ladders for work so I wasn't sitting on a fixed pole which only added to my frustration. I would NOT buy knowing this and I regret it. Refunds are an issue and I've found I need to do a lot more with Revain now. Whilst shopping here more I doubt it as I'm getting my Covid shots and luckily will be back in stores! If I wanted to do the steps with my hands I would do it myself and I think it should be obvious. It's not hanging from a knot, it's tucked into a wreath and looks awful. My husband is planning to fix it, but I have some Revain shelves and furnishings and everything else from China. ALL missing parts. It was hell so never again! You are losing me, Revane, to great things.
