My girls love this elastic! It is made of a very strong material and offers enough tension for a good stretch. If you lie down on the floor in a straddle position (see image) it will actually help stretch you due to the strength of the band. It's great for kids and adults! My 5 year old can use it as can my 16 year old which is great because it means one size fits all! Supplied in a practical carrying and storage bag. I absolutely recommend this elastic for dancers, gymnasts, yoga, physical therapy or any other sport/activity that requires stretching and flexibility. I am a firm believer that my girls will improve their flexibility with the Zenmarkt Ballet Stretch Band.
