There are pros and cons, think before buying.

I no longer bother with more expensive flash drives because I consider them disposable and haven't had one last more than a year.
No USB flash drive offers a write speed of more than 25 Mb/s. In the workshop, I tried around 150 variations.
Personally, I haven't had any problems since upgrading to a good card reader and taking advantage of the improved durability and performance of modern microSDs.
