100 - 212! Lid is HOT though. Mute sometimes work, sometimes doesn't

Needs for my use: heat water for bread making (100F) and all the way up to boiling (212F) very quickly. gooseneck for pour-over.Results: (pros)Works great. I used separate thermometer and the 100F was actually 98F -> good enough due to the ease of heating.Does heat very fast and quiet.easy to fill/clean (as long as it is cold)CONS:The beep isn't that loud, but still don't like it. The mute button is odd and doesn't seem to work in all cases.The lid is HOT! so if you use all your water, trying to remove lid to refill is going to be challenging, even using potholder.The pot gets hot too - but wasn't as scary hot as I expected and handle is far away.NEUTRAL:size is not huge. That can be positive because if it was much heavier, you would want to support the kettle with one hand and other on handle - but you should never do this because kettle gets hot. You don't need to support the weight however with this (smallish) size.It will do about 1.5 16oz pourovers.

This looks great and classy, and pours wonderfully. It heats up pretty fast and it''s easy to use and hasn''t given me any problems. The only thing is that you''d have to be really careful because the surface does get super hot. However, there''s a base on the bottom so I can set it down anywhere without worrying about burning surfaces.
