I had high hopes for this toaster but it just can't toast food evenly no matter what. The bagel setting is cool, the frozen food setting is cool - thought it would actually help toast things evenly, but not the cubes. I toasted two frozen waffles this morning. One came out burnt, the other was raw on one side and barely roasted on the other. I gave her many chances, tried different combinations, but it just sucks. Also the oil warmer felt cool but the oil just melted everywhere. I wish I could return it.
