I use these for the gym. One is sweat towel and the other my dry off towel. Both are great because they only take up a fraction of the size of a normal towel (about 1/6th of the space) but still dry off my whole body.They dont harbor odors too much, as long as they fully dry off before you put them back in your bag, you will not smell mildew or any other funk that comes from re-using normal towels.I would not use this as a beach or pool towel. More as a towel you need when at the gym or when room in your bag is really tight.
